Canadian Shipping Options
Expedited Parcel (Flat Rate)

Letter Mail (Flat Item Option) — $6

Available only for small, flat items that fit in a standard envelope (maximum thickness: 20mm / about a finger’s width)

If your order does not qualify, you will be contacted to arrange payment for the shipping difference before your order can be mailed.

Please note: If you select shipping without tracking or insurance, Cindy’s Thread Works is not responsible for lost or missing packages.
Delivery & Stock Information

Due to ongoing shipping delays, we currently ship once per week.

If your order contains any items that are on back order, you will be notified by email.

If you are in a rush, please reach out before placing an order so we can confirm whether the item is in stock.

USA Customers
We know many of you across the border love ordering from Cindy’s Thread Works, and we truly appreciate your support! Unfortunately, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to pause U.S. shipping for now.
Recent changes in postal regulations, customs procedures, and carrier pricing have made it increasingly complicated (and expensive) to send even small parcels into the United States. Packages are taking longer to arrive, paperwork has multiplied, and unexpected import fees have caused frustration for customers — and for us.
Rather than risk delays and disappointment, we’re taking a step back to simplify and focus on serving our Canadian and select international customers smoothly and reliably.
We hope to reopen U.S. shipping in the future once things stabilize.

Express Shipping
Need your order faster?
Place your order as usual, then contact us to request an upgrade to Express Shipping.
We’ll weigh your package and send a separate PayPal invoice for the additional cost.
Delays & Backorders
Some items are currently affected by supplier and cross-border shipping delays.

Orders will ship once all items are available (we are unable to split shipments).

Returns & Order Issues
If we’ve made a mistake with your order (such as sending the wrong item), we’ll correct it as quickly as possible and apologize for the inconvenience.
For all other returns:

Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, whether placed online or in person.

In cases where a refund is issued due to a change of mind, PayPal transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount, as these fees are not reimbursed to us.
