It's worth it to receive your special packages delivered by Canada Post...Whenever you go shopping elsewhere, you incur expenses for gas, mileage, parking, etc. Here you can shop from the comforts of home--anytime, rain or shine!

- Special Custom Option #2 is $5 for "letter rate" items that qualify for this option: needles, patterns, stabilizer...contact us to inquire if unsure.
- POSSIBLE Delivery $5 pre-arranged contact us ahead. Temporary offer during Covid-19 for 'local areas' minimum order amount may apply.
- Private Group Shopping by appointment, contact us. Certain months of the year appointments are not possible due to personal/show schedules. NOT AVAILABLE DURING COVID-19 restrictions.
- Curbside Pickup Option or In-Person is possible for customers attending Events where we will be a vendor. Pre-paid orders to be available for pick up in our SHOW BOOTHS provided orders are received 2 weeks prior. Leave a note within order process indicating which show/day you plan to pickup.
- Canadian Postal rates are assessed according to dimensions and weight of package, plus fuel surcharge subject to change. Average packages range from $15 to $18 depending on destination. Expect to pay almost the same amount for multiple spools of thread as you would for a single spool since it qualifies as "parcel rate via Canada Post"--you may choose to order extra items to make it more worthwhile.
- We usually ship 2 or 3 times per week (during Covid) ensures you receive your special packages from 1 to 5+ business days depending on distance.
- Our postage fees are rated for most Canadian destinations and are kept as low as possible for your benefit. If you have queries contact us.
- Int’l Shipping Fees are $18.90 flat rate (subject to adjustment). Minimum Int’l orders are $50. You will be notified otherwise; exceptions apply.
- Express Canada Post Option for fastest delivery can be arranged for select locations. Either process your order normally choosing regular postage; contact us after ordering to request Expedited Service. We will weigh your package and send a followup PayPal invoice with additional shipping OR submit a message through our website to inquire before you purchase.
If you prefer to place your order by telephone, please note we are Pacific Time Zone: 1 (250) 738 0560 outside Qualicum Beach, B.C. CanadaPhone calls usually accepted between 9:00AM and 1:00PM pst to coordinate with shipping schedules.
- Upon checkout process our system offers the choice of PayPal or cards: Visa or MasterCard
- E-Transfers are accepted from Canadian banks. Upon checkout notify us with chosen password and we will reply to confirm.
- If we have made an error in shipping the wrong item we will endeavour to correct the error asap; we apologize in advance for the inconvenience. However, our PayPal fees will be recovered from customer orders where applicable. (There is a customer cost to ‘changing your mind’ unfortunately. )
- There are exceptions where a return is possible; however, notification must be received within 30 days of purchase whether on-line or otherwise.
