Shipping Info & Options
1. 1/2 PRICE SHIPPING: Share expenses with a friend and ship to 1 address.
2. FREE SHIPPING OPTION for most Canadian destinations with min. $250 net orders. Enter discount code 333 upon check out (exceptions:Thread Kit Specials, overweight orders, not valid with another discount).
3. FREE SHIPPING/Custom Quote is by arrangement, eg: I'm coming to a city near you, a show delivery, visiting your Guild...my schedule changes weekly--just ask!
4. Choose the $1.50 SPECIAL OPTION upon checkout when ordering "flat" items like needles, Texture Magic™, patterns, color cards, or catalogues, which fit through Canada Post mail of 20mm; sorry, this option is NOT for Thread--can only ship as parcel rate.
5. Customer pick up is possible if you plan to be near Qualicum Beach, BC on Vancouver Island. By appointment only: 250 738 0560 (pacific standard time zone 9 AM – 5 PM) & for directions--prepare for a scenic country drive--bring a friend. Satellite Groups welcome!
*THREAD IS SPECIAL: Canadian Postal rates are assessed according to dimensions and weight of package. Average packages range between $8 to $13 depending on the destination. Expect to pay almost the same amount for multiple spools of thread as you would for a single spool since it's "parcel rate"--you may choose to order extra items to make it more worthwhile. I usually ship daily, which ensures you receive your special Thread packages a.s.a.p. from 1 - 3 days. For destinations further east expect on average 4 business days.
I believe it's worth it to have YOUR Threads of choice delivered by Canada Post...When you go shopping you still incur expenses like gas, mileage, or parking. Plus, you can shop in your pajamas--anytime, rain or shine!
*Often a freight adjustment will apply in your favour(!) depending on certain destinations or when orders include underweight items. Overweight orders to 'remote' destinations will be adjusted fairly for both shipper and receiver.
My postage fees are rated for most Canadian destinations. Int'l rates are very reasonable in comparison: E-mail your requests for an accurate quotation.

Cheques and money orders are acceptable upon pre-approval; however, your order cannot be shipped until these banking processes are completed.
Returns
If an error has been made in shipping the wrong item (Joey Collier apologizes!); an exchange will be arranged along with a gift for your inconvenience :-) upon receipt of the exchange item.
