3. Locally, feel free to pre-arrange delivery of your order to coincide with Guild meetings (regularly Parksville or Nanaimo; some others by chance!). Enter discount code 002 upon check out to qualify for this nominal hand delivery fee of $1.50--no minimum order.

Canada Postal rates are assessed according to weight and dimensions of package by their software systems. Average fees can range between $7.60 - $12. Expect to pay almost the same postage for a dozen spools of thread as you would for one since it becomes 'parcel rate'. I suggest you order multiple (2 dozen are nearly the same as a single spool) threads at the same time to take advantage of this savings opportunity. If you are ordering a flat envelope item, eg: Texture Magic package of Color Cards and catologues these are much less as they fit through their mail slot. 

Note: All Shipping methods anywhere reflect extra fuel surcharges, economics, etc. and may appear higher than we expect; however, I believe it's worth a few extra dollars to have your special threads of choice hand-delivered by Canada Post.

Shipping quotes in the shopping cart system are currently set up for Canada and U.S.A. destinations only.

Cheques and money orders are acceptable upon pre-approval; however, your order cannot be shipped until these banking processes are completed.

Returns

If an error has been made in shipping the wrong item (Joey apologizes!); an exchange will be arranged along with a gift for your inconvenience :-), if you return the incorrect item.
