Quilt Backing
It is best for you to supply your own wide backing fabric to match your top and your personal preferences. If you need to piece it, please sew ½” seam, trim off selvedges and press open. Pre-washing is recommended. Finally, square it and press as normal. Please allow a minimum of 6 inches extra on all sides to attach to the long arm machine.
Quilt Batting
If you supply the batting, it is preferable to purchase it from your local quilt shop off a roll. Plan to have at least 6 inches extra on all sides of your quilt top. For your convenience you can purchase backing from me at a reasonable rate.
