Balance Act

This endearing character was created for a National challenge and my first quilt entry. Teddy Quilter proudly brought home the 2008 Trend-Tex Challenge Award from the Canadian Quilters’ Association/Assoc. Canadienne de la Courtepointe hosted in Newfoundland. The theme, Quilting on the Edge, incorporated the 5 jewel-toned, Hoffmann batiks. This annual challenge is made possible through the generous donations of Trend-Tex Fabrics and administered through the CQA/ACC as a fundraiser auction. (18 X 22)
