Welcome to Cinderella's Blog
Perhaps a better name would be Journal or News. I chose B.L.O.G.—who knew that “word” would become traditional? The good news is “Quilting” will always be universally recognized no matter what language we translate. We’ll still be searching for creative ways to express quilt art and new locations to shop for essentials. We desire inspirational instructors, exciting fabrics and especially quality THREADS—the glue! Our support network of quilters through satellite groups, guilds, and communities is vibrant (especially here, on Vancouver Island, BC). Join me as I share how-to articles on Threads and techniques, quilting events, profiles on fabric artists, natural things of beauty and general interest to curious and resourceful stitchers! ...Cindy Scraba (Cinderella)

HALO ThreadStars Shine into 2012
Posted by cindy on Sunday, December 25th, 2011
"Cathedral Window"
Merry Christmas everyone! As much as I (along with my alter ego "Cinderella") love Happy Endings, I adore New Beginnings even more--especially when new Superior Thread personalities enter the picture. Last year I introduced several festive Threadstars for both handwork and machine quilting and embellishing. Here's a few new ones to help you celebrate the Holiday Season and 'bling' you into the New Year...
In response to requests: I will be posting more NEW CLASSES here @ THREADLAND soon; please check my 2012 Schedule . (Please register early as seating is limited, or U-Schedule.)
Thank you to everyone for all your support and kind comments over the past 2 years as Cindy's Threadworks.Com celebrates its 2nd Anniversary. If there's anything you wish me to carry in my Thread Candy Shoppe please contact me. And stay tuned for more NEW ESSENTIALS coming this year.
Happy NEW YEAR Stitchers! Another design I call: "WebStar" to be offered in my new Class Schedule. On behalf of all the personalities here at ThreadLand: the Thread Fairy, Cinderella, my special elves & reindeer Wayne and Joey Collier wish you an abundance of healthy creativity into 2012 and beyond.
Season's Greetings & Happy Stitching Always,
Cinderella
