Perhaps a better name would be Journal or News. I chose B.L.O.G.—who knew that “word” would become traditional? The good news is “Quilting” will always be universally recognized no matter what language we translate. We’ll still be searching for creative ways to express quilt art and new locations to shop for essentials. We desire inspirational instructors, exciting fabrics and especially quality THREADS—the glue! Our support network of quilters through satellite groups, guilds, and communities is vibrant (especially here, on Vancouver Island, BC). Bah Hum Pug!

Winston Churchill-the-Pug, is usually much more upbeat--really! Perhaps he's underwhelmed with the hustle and bustle of the Holiday Season, which is affecting his energy level...here's a few precious pug poses from my GrandPugs' photo library. Enjoy!
Winnie is a well-behaved model when trying on handmade outfits. Do you think he likes the appliqués and hoodie?
My "original design" outfit was a wee challenge since I was guessing how much he'd grown. I inset an extra yolk at the neck and an excuse for embellishment. Stretchy fleece was the perfect remnant along with sleeves, which were stash ribknit in just the right Christmas red.
The tiny bell makes a sound as cute as he is when he's around. I blanket stitched with So Fine and MonoPoly.
More cards? There's always another opportunity to create a giftcard along with a little help from Santa's Photoshop. Winston and Elsie gave the cards to each other and I got PugHugs!
